Bumbles Kids Return Policy - Shop with Confidence and Peace of Mind

We hope you’ll be happy with your order but if you’d like to send a product back, please wrap it in secure outer packing, including protective packaging such as the bubble wrap and/or cardboard that it was dispatched with.

Include the original manufacturers packaging in an unused/unopened condition and with all its manufacturers labels still attached and return it to us within 21 days of purchase. We will then send you out a replacement, or refund your card, whichever you prefer.

We strongly recommend that you return items via recorded or registered mail – the former is less expensive and generally suffices. However, please ensure you have sufficient insurance cover, especially if returning valuable products, as we cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport. You are responsible for any returned goods until they reach our warehouse and we strongly advise that you obtain a proof of postage certificate - these are available free of charge from the post office.

Please note that return postage will not be refunded. However, should you be sent a faulty item, we will of course reimburse you fully.

We regret that postage, packing and insurance incurred in the delivery of the goods to you are direct costs and cannot be refunded except in the case of cancellations.

All refunds will be dealt with within 14 days of receipt, although, where possible, they are processed on the day of a returned products receipt.

Refunds can only be credited in the same form as the original payment type and within 14 days. Please allow two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your bank statement. Please note that the normal refunds policy does not apply to sale items. Sale items are non-refundable. In the event that a non-faulty product is returned (e.g. you change your mind and no longer want the product(s)) we will not refund any postage costs. However, we will refund postage if items have a manufacturers fault. The refund will only be made to the credit or debit card that was used during the purchase. If payment was made by cheque, then a cheque will be issued in the name of the purchaser. Alternatively, should you wish to return an item to Bumble Kids but still use your funds to shop with us at a later date, please contact us and we will set up a web voucher to the value of your returned purchases plus incurred postage costs (ONLY if product is faulty) which you can redeem against future purchases. This does not affect your statutory rights.
